What is the Konsyl return policy?
For all products purchased in the Konsyl online store (U.S. orders):
Unopened products may be returned to us within 30 days. You will receive a refund of your purchase price less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Learn more about how to return a product.
We cannot accept opened products returns - unless there is a defect.
If you feel there is a defect, please DO NOT discard the product. Return it to us so we can examine the product. Contact customer service to describe the defect and obtain a Return Authorization number.
If a defect is found, we will replace the product free of charge.
If no defect is found, we cannot issue a refund.

For items purchased in a store (not online), you must return the product to that store.
How do I return an item?
First, please be sure to review our return policy, above.
To return an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Once an RA# is obtained, mail the product to:

Please enclose a note stating the reason for return along with a copy of your original invoice.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we find a quality defect. If you have further questions, please contact customer service at 1-800-356-6795.
For Konsyl products purchased from a retailer (grocery, drugstore, etc), please contact that retailer regarding a return.
If you suspect a defect in quality, please DO NOT discard the product. Contact Konsyl Customer Service so the product can be returned to us and inspected. Call 1-800-356-6795 to describe the suspected defect. If no defect is found, we cannot issue a refund.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. Call 1-800-356-6795 to speak with a representative.
What is the return policy for international orders?
All sales are final for international orders.
If the package is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, if the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to Konsyl Pharmaceuticals for the return of the package.
If the cost to return to shipper is greater than the cost of the products ordered, Konsyl will abandon the order and there will be no credit to the customer. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
When you order products, you are considered the importer of record. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods.
Any fees charged to Konsyl Pharmaceuticals due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If items are returned to us as a result of non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, less 20% of the value of your order for restocking fees, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
