KONSYL Crispy Shortbread & Berries
1/2 cup butter or margarine, room temperature 1/2 cup shortening 14 rounded tsp. KONSYL 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar | | | | 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups corn flakes cereal 3/4 cup chopped pecans

. Preheat oven to 350°. Cream together butter, shortening, KONSYL and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and stir to well combine (may be kneaded). Shape dough into 1” to 1 ½” balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Makes 42 cookies. Serve with fresh strawberries or blueberries and whipping cream.
